Ethan Gallagher is a seasoned professional in human resources with a diverse background spanning various roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries since March 2023, Ethan previously held strategic positions at Lotterywest, including Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and Strategic Human Resources Officer. Additional experience includes consulting for the Public Sector Commission and recruitment at Mining People International. As a co-founder and former Treasurer of the Human Resources Student Association of Western Australia, Ethan demonstrated leadership early in the career, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Curtin University.
