Holly Barnewall

Holly Barnewall is an experienced educator currently serving as a Secondary Teacher at Flinders Island District High School within the Department of Premier and Cabinet since May 2009. In this role, Holly teaches various subjects, including English, History, Geography, Economics and Business, Civics and Citizenship, and Career Planning, while also coordinating work placements for students in Years 9-12. Prior to this position, Holly worked as a Supply Teacher with Career Teachers and taught at Coolum State High School, focusing on English, Geography, and Rock Band. Holly holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary English and Film, Television, and New Technologies from Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 2004 and 2007, and a High School Certificate from Victoria Point State High School, completed from 2000 to 2003.
