Nelson Jr Enano is an accomplished professional in the field of renewable energy, currently serving as Center Manager at the Mindanao Renewable Energy R&D Center under the Department of Science and Technology since April 2019, and as Director of the Center for Renewable Energy and Appropriate Technologies at Ateneo de Davao University since April 2018. Previously, Nelson held roles such as Project Leader for the Newton Fund on Marine Renewable Energy at the British Council and Associate Researcher at both the UNSW Centre for Energy and Environmental Markets and UCL International Energy Policy Institute. Nelson's extensive educational background includes a Doctor of Engineering in Energy Systems Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University, a PhD in Renewable Energy from UNSW, and a Master of Science in Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology.
