Elspeth Moroni

Acting General Manager State Roads at Department of State Growth (Tas)

Elspeth Moroni currently serves as the Director of Network Management at the Department of State Growth in Tasmania, leading teams focused on Transport Planning, Performance, and Access since February 2020. In addition, Elspeth has held the position of Project Director for Cradle Mountain with Southern Waste Solutions since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Strategic Asset Management for the City of Hobart, and various engineering and management positions at Jacobs and Sinclair Knight Merz, among others. Elspeth holds a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Tasmania, complemented by a diverse educational background from Rosny College, Rose Bay High School, and Montagu Bay Primary School.
