Alan Lewis has extensive experience in IT management and communications within both government and military sectors. At the U.S. Department of State, Alan served as the Director of Medical, Administration, and Logistics Applications from March 2020 to June 2025, overseeing IT projects that facilitated strategic communication for medical support during crises. Prior to this role, Alan spent nearly seven years with the US Army, where responsibilities included serving as Signal Detachment Commander, Observer Coach Trainer, and S6, managing communication support for special operations and delivering IT services to extensive military deployments. Alan's academic background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University, achieving distinction in the latter.
