Ricardo Flores

Ricardo Flores is an experienced professional in cost management and construction, currently serving as the Director of Cost Management and Division Director at the U.S. Department of State since January 2016. Prior to this role, Ricardo held the position of Cost Manager at the U.S. Department of State from October 2014 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, Ricardo worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Construction Manager and Office Engineer from October 2008 to October 2014. Ricardo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
