Robert Kabongo has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Robert started their career at The Sutherland Group in 1998, where they worked as a Software Developer for five years. Robert then joined Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2010 as a Production Support, before transitioning to ActiveHealth Management(AETNA) as a Senior .Net Developer. In 2011, they joined the U.S. Department of State as a Lead Software Developer, where they currently hold a position.

Robert Kabongo completed their primary education at Complexe scolaire Cardinal Malula from 1983 to 1988. Robert then obtained a High School Diploma in Psychology and Education from Complexe Scolaire Les Gazelles (Mboloko) between 1988 and 1992. Later, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Monroe Community College from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Robert Kabongo obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including Exam 70-487 - Developing Windows Azure and Web Services, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) - Web Applications, and MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional.
