Sunny Blaylock

Sunny Blaylock is an experienced instructional designer with a robust background in crisis management training and educational technology. Sunny currently serves as a Crisis Management Training Instructor at the U.S. Department of State since June 2024. Previously, Sunny held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Systems Plus, Inc. for three years and spent additional time in similar roles at The Ventura Group, Inc. and ZERONE, contributing to the Department of State and the United States Postal Service. Sunny's career in instructional design extends back to the early 2000s, with notable experience at the Center for Instructional Design. Academically, Sunny holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and History from Brigham Young University.
