Wail Abbo

Wail Abbo, MSc, is a seasoned professional in Business Intelligence and data analytics with extensive experience leading data reporting and management initiatives. Currently serving as the Data and BI Reporting Lead at the U.S. Department of State since October 2016, Wail manages reporting environments and collaborates with cross-functional teams using Oracle, Python, and Agile methodologies. As the Principal of Abbo Enterprises since 2010, Wail has provided BI consulting services across various industries, including government and technology. Previous roles include Project Manager at George Mason University, Technical Project Manager at IBM, and Senior BI Consultant at GEICO, with a strong foundation in MicroStrategy and data architecture. Wail holds a Master of Science in Operations Research and Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, both from George Mason University.
