Holli Howard

Holli Howard serves as the Geospatial Industry Lead at Google since November 2018, facilitating partnerships for map data integration. Appointed to the US National Geospatial Advisory Committee in 2023, Holli contributes to the management of national geospatial programs. Previous roles include International Program Manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where leadership in multinational geospatial coproduction and interagency collaboration on climate and national security were key accomplishments. As a Senior Geospatial Analyst at USAID, Holli enhanced inter-agency collaboration, while earlier positions included leading GIS initiatives at Casey Trees and contributing to environmental research with Wildlife Conservation Society. Educational background includes a Master's in Environment and Natural Resources from the University of Vermont and a Graduate Diploma with Honours in Environmental Studies from the University of Tasmania.
