Jason Tavano

Jason Tavano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management within both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of the Interior since December 2021, Jason previously held the role of Administrative Specialist at the same organization. Prior to that, Jason was the Operations Manager at Wasatch Moving Company and served in various capacities within the United States Marine Corps, including Communications Chief, Instructor/Operations Chief, and Detachment Commander. With a strong foundation in communication and electronics, Jason's military career includes two deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Jason is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at American Military University, expected to graduate in 2026.
