Sharon Poole

Sharon Poole has over 18 years of work experience. Sharon began their career in 2002 as a Duty Manager at Blaxland Accommodation and Conference Complex. In 2003, they joined Westpac as a Training Manager, Operational Risk and later moved to roles such as Operational Risk and Compliance Manager, Operations Manager, Regional and Agribusiness Banking, and Customer Manager, Property Finance Group. In 2011, they joined AccessEAP as a Project Director. In 2012, they moved to AMP as a Senior Manager, ERM Learning and Communications. In 2016, they joined Deloitte Australia as a Manager, Risk Advisory. In 2021, they joined Potenture as an Experience Manager & Client Curation Manager. Sharon also joined Department 13 | Drone Technology in 2021 as an Executive Officer and in 2022 as Director Corporate Services. In 2022, they also joined That Works as an Independent Contractor.

Sharon Poole obtained a Bachelor of Business from La Trobe University, Wodonga between 1996 and 1998. In 2011, they earned a Certificate IV Training and Assessment from Inspire Education. In 2012, they completed a Certificate IV OHS from HBA Learning.
