Stephanie Trille

Stephanie Trille is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in both public administration and education. Currently serving as Directrice de Ressources humaines at Conseil départemental de la Haute-Garonne since June 2022, Stephanie previously held the position of Directrice-adjointe des ressources humaines at Département des Yvelines, where leadership was provided to a team of eight HR managers and involvement in strategic HR initiatives was demonstrated. In addition to substantial HR management roles, prior experiences include educational roles as a French teacher and school manager, as well as positions focused on public policy evaluation and local development. Stephanie holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Executive Education and advanced studies in European affairs from Sciences Po Toulouse, complemented by practical training at ENA.
