Highway Materials, Inc. is a producer of hot mix asphalt, crushed stone and sand for the heavy/highway construction industry. Operating since 1936, the company has facilities in Chester, Franklin, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Northampton counties. Nine asphalt plants produce PennDOT and PTC approved mixes, along with commercial mixes for private projects. Five quarries produce AASHTO and PennDOT approved aggregates. One clean fill reclamation site that accepts construction debris including stone, dirt, concrete, unpainted brick & block, and concrete.
