Caroline McAteer

Caroline McAteer has extensive experience in development and career services within higher education. Currently, Caroline serves as the Director of Development for Planned Giving at DePaul University since May 2019. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions at the DePaul University Career Center from August 2001 to May 2019, including Associate Director of Employer Engagement and Partnerships, where responsibilities included developing employer relationships and conducting workshops on internship best practices. Additionally, Caroline managed employer relations and internship development, along with overseeing the University Internship Program by facilitating recruitment and evaluation processes. Caroline has also served on the Board of Directors for the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and held a role in external affairs. Educationally, Caroline holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
