Erin Sella

Erin Sella is an accomplished career coach currently serving at (en)Courage Coaching + Consulting since February 2022, where the focus is on empowering individuals through personalized coaching to navigate career transitions and uncover personal values. With extensive experience in higher education, Erin has held multiple roles at DePaul University since April 2013, including Assistant Director of Faculty Learning and Development and Adjunct Faculty in Career and Life Design. Previous positions include Residence Hall Director at the Illinois Institute of Technology and Peer Career Advisor at Springfield College Career Center. Erin holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
