Ian M. Katz

Ian M. Katz is an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at DePaul University since May 2024, previously serving in the same role at Old Dominion University from May 2020 to May 2024. Katz specializes in leading, developing, and publishing research on workplace behavior, employing contemporary data analytical techniques to derive evidence-based solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Statistician and Research Consultant at Doisy College of Health Sciences at Saint Louis University from August 2018 to May 2020, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Saint Louis University from August 2015 to May 2020. Katz holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in the same field from Saint Louis University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Butler University.
