Kelly Chu is an accomplished academic and editor in the field of advertising and communication. Currently serving as Associate Editor for both the Journal of Advertising and the Chinese Journal of Communication, Kelly Chu also holds the position of Professor and Program Chair of Public Relations and Advertising at DePaul University, where teaching encompasses subjects such as Digital Advertising and Integrated Communication Campaigns. Previous editorial roles include Senior Associate Editor at the International Journal of Advertising and Associate Editor at the Journal of Interactive Advertising. Kelly Chu has also served as President of the American Academy of Advertising and has held visiting professor positions at both Xiamen University in China and the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Certificate in Management Development from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
