Mirela Fratila

Mirela Fratila is an experienced professional in donor engagement and stewardship, currently serving as the Associate Director of Presidential Stewardship at DePaul University since August 2021, where strategies to strengthen relationships with top donors and align stewardship plans with institutional goals have been implemented. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Development at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, overseeing donor engagement and stewardship for the Harris Council, and Development Specialist, managing stewardship events and donor tracking systems. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership and Stewardship from Moody Bible Institute, along with two master's degrees in Communication, Information and Documentation Systems and Business Administration from West University of Timisoara.
