Nancy Lovett

Nancy Lovett is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Major Gifts Officer at DePauw University since October 2000, Nancy enjoys fostering relationships with alumni to support the institution. Previous positions include Development Officer at Kentucky Educational Television, where Nancy contributed to the largest public television network in the U.S.; Director of Development at the Kentucky Center for Public Issues; and Division Director for the American Heart Association in Central Kentucky, where Nancy was dedicated to the mission of reducing heart-related deaths. Nancy’s career began in fundraising as the Assistant Director of Field Services, organizing events and campaigns in East Tennessee. Additionally, Nancy worked as a Resident Artist and part-time faculty at Carson Newman College, nurturing artistic talent while pursuing a passion for ceramics. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Psychology from DePauw University and a Teaching Certification in Art from Indiana University Indianapolis.
