Ralph Sanders is a distinguished academic and industry expert in economics and management, currently serving as the Lee G. Hall Distinguished Visiting Professor at DePauw University since July 2019. With extensive experience as an Independent Consultant since 2011, Ralph specializes in modeling and model risk management, advising clients on economic paradigms and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Model Development and Validation at Spero Risk Associates, Director of Quantitative Risk Management at Bank of the Ozarks, and Model Risk Management Executive at Ally Financial, Inc. Ralph has also held significant positions at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, Ocwen Loan Servicing, and Fannie Mae, where contributions spanned model validation, risk management, and analytics during critical financial periods.
