Steve McKenery

Steve McKenery serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at DEPCOM Power, Inc., focusing on a 5GW pipeline of Li-ion battery energy storage systems (BESS) and photovoltaic (PV) solutions across multiple U.S. markets. McKenery has extensive experience in the energy sector, having held leadership roles at Convergent Energy + Power, AMD Energy, Clean Energy Associates, Avantus, General Electric, TSMC Solar, SunPower Corporation, Solar Utility Company, and Southern California Edison. Throughout these positions, McKenery has directed projects and initiatives in energy storage, renewable technology development, and market expansion, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable energy infrastructure. McKenery holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University.
