Basil Horner

Base Horner is the co-founder of Arch Partners LLC and Chairman of the Screening Panel for the Desert Angels, which is one of the largest angel investment groups in the country. Base received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his MBA degree with Honors in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago. Base enjoys coaching youth athletics having served as a soccer, baseball, and basketball coach. Basil is passionate about working in healthcare and with Dependable Health Services and its possibilities to serve their community with a vast and growing need.
