Melissa Cereceres, RN, BSN, LMFTA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Melissa most recently held multiple leadership positions at Dependable Health Services, including Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, and Regional Director of Clinical Operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Remote Hospice Triage Nurse at NurseLine After Hours Telephone Triage. Melissa also served as an Administrator at Advanced Home Health Services and Cantex Continuing Care Network.

Melissa's experience also includes serving as a Marriage And Family Therapy Associate at Georgetown Family Counseling and an Assistant Director of Nursing at Hill Country Home Health. Melissa has worked as an RN Case Manager at Girling Health Care and as an RN at Porter Hills Retirement Communities & Services. Melissa possesses strong clinical and leadership skills gained through their various roles, highlighting their ability to provide quality clinical care, ensure patient safety, and manage interdisciplinary teams.

Melissa began their educational journey at Washington State University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Development. Following this, Melissa pursued further education at St. Edward's University from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Finally, they attended Texas Tech University in 2008 and 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Melissa's educational path reflects their combined expertise in nursing, counseling, and human development, which significantly contributes to their professional capabilities as an RN, BSN, and LMFTA.
