Michelle Ryan

Michelle Ryan is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at Dephy, Inc. since August 2025 and as a Co-Founder of Brickhouse Automation since November 2020. Previously, Michelle held the position of Chief of Staff at Plenty® from December 2019 to August 2025, overseeing business operations and strategy, and managed its first Manufacturing Engineering team. Before joining Plenty®, Michelle worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla, where responsibilities included leading engineering projects for high-volume manufacturing lines. Additional experience includes roles at Apple, Semprus BioSciences, and Henkel, focusing on adhesive technologies and process development. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
