Estelle Fava has extensive experience in sales and regional management within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as a Responsable régionale at Dépil Tech® since October 2016, Estelle focuses on commercial development, performance coaching, training, team management, and partnership establishment. Prior roles include Responsable commerciale, where responsibilities included managing a center, analyzing performance indicators, and overseeing direct sales. Experience also encompasses positions at Parfumerie Beauty Success as a Responsable de magasin, and as an Animatrice commerciale for Lancôme during the launch of "La vie est belle." Estelle began their career at SEPHORA and has a solid educational background in customer relationship management and leadership, along with a BTS in Esthétique, Cosmétique, and Biologie.
