David Salthouse

Data Scientist at Depixus

David Salthouse has worked in various roles in the field of data science. From 2016 to present, they have been employed as a Data Scientist at Depixus. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of études post-doctorales at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique. From 2009 to 2013, they were a PhD student at the University of York, where they studied virus structures using quasi-networks theory and developed an algorithm to select polygons, a subset of these quasi-networks, that provide the most faithful representation of the protein capsid of a given virus.

David Salthouse completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathématiques appliquées at the University of York between 2009 and 2013. David had previously obtained a Master 2 in Systèmes Dynamiques et Statistiques de la Matière Complexe from Pierre and Marie Curie University between 2007 and 2009.
