Daryl Whitaker

Daryl Whitaker is an experienced human resources executive with over 25 years in the field, currently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources & Talent at Deployed Services since October 2022. Prior to this role, Daryl was the AVP of the Human Resources Business Advisory Unit at Save the Children US from September 2019 to October 2022, leading a team dedicated to the organization’s mission of supporting children's well-being globally. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Human Resources at AECOM and Ciena, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented across various regions. Daryl also held key positions at Siemens Global Shared Services, AOL, Verizon, BellSouth, and Bell Atlantic Mobile, building and enhancing HR organizations and driving significant growth and operational success. Daryl holds a BA in Justice & Public Policy from North Carolina Wesleyan University, complementing a strong educational background from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
