Mary Lynch

Mary Lynch has an extensive work experience spanning over 10 years. Mary began their career in 2012 as a Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Pulse Electronics Corporation. In 2013, they joined Genentech as a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant. In 2017, they were the Founder & CEO of Infinite Resource Solutions, as well as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant at Biogen and a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Neurocrine Biosciences. In 2018, Mary held the role of Director of Human Resources Consultant at GigaIO, and Lead Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant at Pfizer. In 2020, they were a Senior Global Executive Search Leader and Senior Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Mary is currently a Marketing Officer for the Management Consulting Club at the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University, and is also an MBA Graduate Student there. In 2022, they will become the Vice President, Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at GigaIO.

Mary Lynch attended San Diego State University from 1999-2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Mary then returned to San Diego State University from 2005-2007 to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management. Currently, Mary is enrolled at San Diego State University and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration in 2024.
