Stephanie Ferguson

Stephanie Ferguson has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie began their career at Glendale Federal Bank as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from 1993 to 1996. Stephanie then joined Matrix Integrated Systems, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources in 1996 and worked there until 1997. In 1997, Stephanie joined Deposition Sciences Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation, as an HR Business Partner and Site Lead, where they are presently employed.

Stephanie Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel and Industrial Relations from California State University, Chico, between 1978 and 1982.
