Elmar Kouwenhoven

Elmar Kouwenhoven is a seasoned front-end developer with extensive experience in creating Single Page Applications (SPAs) and web applications. Currently serving as the Lead: Front-end Developer at DEPT® since April 2018, Elmar also previously held the position of Senior: Front-end Developer. Before joining DEPT®, Elmar worked at TamTam for almost a decade in various capacities, including Senior Front-end Developer and Medior Front-end Developer/User Experience Designer. Elmar started the career as a Junior User-Interface Designer/Front-end Developer. Additional experience includes a sabbatical in Melbourne, Australia, following graduation, and positions in design and development with other companies, including Copernica Marketing Software and Direct Matters. Elmar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Multimedia Design from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a diploma in Information Technology from MBO Mondriaan College Voorburg.
