Kathryn Ourada

Kathryn Ourada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client partnerships and event planning. Currently, Kathryn serves as the Group Director of Client Partnerships at DEPT® since April 2025, while also co-founding and leading By The Royals, a wedding and event planning company in Chicago, since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Account Director and Account Director at Valtech, where Kathryn specialized in business insights within the CPG industry. Previous positions at Razorfish and Energy BBDO involved managing accounts for notable clients such as Samsung and ALDI, and participating in a leadership development exchange program in Spain. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, focusing on Advertising, Marketing, and Women's Studies from Bradley University.
