Scarlett Irons is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in influencer management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Influencer Manager at DEPT® since August 2025, Scarlett previously held the position of Influencer Strategist at Charlie Oscar from May 2023 to May 2025. Prior to this, a Strategy Consultant role was held at 1HQ Brand Agency from May 2020 to May 2023. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Public Relations Analyst at BLANKET, and various marketing roles at Ascot Racecourse, including Marketing & PR Executive and Marketing Executive during a placement. Scarlett's marketing journey began with marketing assistance roles at Tom Ford Beauty and Mulberry England. Educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Management with Marketing from the University of Bath and A Levels from St George's Sixth Form.
