Silvija Martincevic

Silvija Martincevic is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at Deputy, a leading global technology firm specializing in smart scheduling and workforce management, Martincevic also holds Board Director positions at Kiva and Lemonade, focusing on financial access and social good, respectively. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at Affirm, Martincevic built a robust commercial organization, while at Groupon, significant contributions were made as Chief Operating Officer for International operations, leading a team of over 1,000 and managing substantial P&L responsibilities.
