Ursula Denison has extensive experience in international business development and marketing, particularly in the field of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging. At Der Grüne Punkt – Duales System Deutschland GmbH since August 1991, Ursula has held multiple leadership roles including Head of International Business Development EPR, where responsibilities include the evaluation and implementation of national EPR organizations globally and consulting on regulations and best practices. Additionally, Ursula served as Head of Sales Marketing and Strategy, overseeing the formation of International Customer Services and managing marketing initiatives. Parallel to this role, Ursula has been the Director of PRO EUROPE s.r.l. since March 2013, which involves promoting the trademark "Der Grüne Punkt" across various European member organizations, having previously acted as Secretary General from January 2007 to February 2013. Ursula's early experience includes project management at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Ursula holds a Master of Arts in American Studies from the University of Maryland and has studied at the universities of Hamburg and Wyoming.
