Head Corporate Responsibility at DER Touristik Suisse

Emma Arvidsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emma most recently worked as the Head of Corporate Responsibility at DER Touristik Suisse AG since June 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager of Corporate Responsibility at Kontiki Reisen from March 2014 to June 2018. Emma also worked at Coop Cooperative, where they held the positions of Project Manager in the sustainability department from August 2009 to September 2013, and intern in the same department from February 2009 to August 2009. Emma participated in the Nestle Nespresso AAA Summer Campus as a research assistant in 2007. Additionally, Emma worked as a research assistant at the Research Institute for International Management (FIM) at the University of St.Gallen from October 2005 to May 2006. Emma also gained experience as a trainee for Dr. Silvana Koch-Mehrin, MEP, at the European Parliament in Brussels from January 2005 to March 2005. Emma started their professional career as a student associate at the Institute of Insurance Economics (İVW) at the University of St.Gallen from October 2003 to December 2004. Emma also had a temporary role at UBS Private Banking in Zurich as an employee from June 2001 to October 2001.

Emma Arvidsson began their education in 1995 at Kantonsschule Zürcher Oberland (KZO) in Wetzikon, Switzerland, where they obtained their Matura in Economics in 2001. In 1997, they studied at Ecole Horizon Jeunesse in Laval, Québec, Canada, for a year and earned their Diplôme d’études secondaires. From 2001 to 2009, they attended the University of St.Gallen, where they pursued a Master in International Affairs and Governance, as well as a CEMS Master in International Management, earning their M.A. HSG and MSc CEMS MIM degrees. Additionally, in 2007, they briefly studied at Copenhagen Business School to attain a CEMS MIM qualification.
