Aly Radwan

Aly Radwan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in visual merchandising, retail solutions, and employee development. Currently serving as the Head of Visual Merchandising & Retail Solutions at Deraah Trading Company since June 2021, Aly manages the employee evaluation process for over 2,500 staff members and is responsible for the development of various training programs, along with founding the company's Assessment Center. Previously, Aly held roles such as Director of Development at PQW Germany and Resort General Manager at CORE Developments Egypt, leading operations at Turtles Beach Resort. Earlier career experience includes positions in media and marketing, as well as sales management, at ROBINSON, and serving as a resident tour guide at Red Sea Hotels. Aly holds a Diplom in Web-/Multimedia-Management from SAE Institute.
