Eng. Adel Alghamdi is an experienced architectural and project management professional with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Umm Al-Qura University. Currently serving as Real Estate Technical Manager at Derayah Financial since January 2021, previous roles include Project Manager for Khatib & Alami on the ALJUMUM 100-bed hospital project, Head of Architectural Department and Deputy Resident Engineer at Dar Al Riyadh Group on the ABHA Regional Airport project, and various positions at the Ministry of Housing, YESSER, Ministry of Health, Riyadh Municipality, and Ahmed Rashid Hamid Engineering Consultants. Throughout a diverse career, Eng. Adel has successfully managed and executed large-scale projects in healthcare, transportation, and housing, demonstrating expertise in design, supervision, and overall project coordination.
