Chad Sullivan

Chad Sullivan currently serves as the Regional Senior Director of Food & Beverage at Derby City Gaming & Hotel since April 2023, having previously held multiple roles including Director of Food And Beverage and General Manager of Oliver’s Chop House. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of Restaurants at Matt Winn’s Steakhouse from February 2022 to April 2023, and General Manager at Tiny Boxwoods from October 2018 to October 2020. Chad's career in the industry also encompasses a managerial position at Eddie V's Restaurants Inc. from June 2006 to February 2018. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Purdue University and various certifications in wine education, including Certified Sommelier from the International Sommeliers Guild and Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.
