Michael Black possesses extensive experience in management roles within various industries. Currently serving as the Mutuels Manager at Derby Lane since June 2006, Michael oversees daily operations, staff supervision, compliance with state and federal regulations, and training of mutuel employees. Previous roles include being an Operations Liaison and Pokerroom Supervisor, where Michael focused on enhancing player satisfaction and departmental profitability. Michael also served as Sales Manager for North American Material Alliance, emphasizing customer relationship building, and was a Marine Corps Recruiter and Primary Marksmanship Instructor from April 1998 to July 2007.
