Darrell Phillips

With over 40 years of manufacturing and quality control experience, Darrell has been with Derby since 2000. As Director of Operations, Darrell works closely with all facilities managers to ensure that their plants are properly staffed to meet customer demands. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he also leads their Quality groups with their continuous improvement efforts to improve their operations and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.

Darrell obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Illinois University. Darrell is an active outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing and spending quality time with his family.
