Emily Hill has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Derbyshire Constabulary since September 2019, Emily has also held various roles within the organization, including Vetting Research Officer, Senior Recruitment Officer, Team Leader, and Senior HR Services Officer. Prior to this, Emily worked at Rolls-Royce in the HR Shared Service Centre from October 2015 to September 2019 and served as an HR & Business Support Administrator at Roscom from February 2011 to October 2015. Emily pursued education at Nottingham Trent University between 2013 and 2014.
