Helen Haddon

Helen Haddon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior HR Partner (People and Wellbeing) at Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service since October 2016. Prior to this role, Helen was the HR Manager at ESG Rail from July 2013 to October 2016 and spent a decade as an HR Business Partner at Bombardier Transportation from 1997 to 2007. Helen holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Primary Education from the University of Derby, obtained from 2008 to 2011, and has additional educational qualifications from Nottingham Trent University.
