Maartje Hermans

Maartje Hermans is an experienced professional currently serving as a Docent Nederlands in het voortgezet onderwijs i.o. at Derec since September 2025. Prior to this role, Maartje worked at bol as an International Proposition Developer and Project Manager for Network Excellence from July 2023 to September 2025. As the founder of NO PATTERNS, from June 2017 to January 2025, Maartje focused on the creation, production, and sales of skirts to a worldwide customer base.
