Dimitris Ioannou

Dimitris Ioannou is an experienced Visual Arts educator and examiner with a robust background in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. Currently serving as an IB DP Visual Arts Examiner for the International Baccalaureate since April 2017 and a Visual Arts Teacher at Pierce - The American College of Greece since January 2015, Dimitris teaches at both Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL). Previous roles include Head of MYP Arts and Visual Arts Teacher at Εκπαιδευτήρια "Ο ΠΛΑΤΩΝ" from September 2010 to August 2017, as well as experience as an Adobe Photoshop Instructor and art teacher at various institutions. Dimitris holds an MFA in New Forms from Pratt Institute and a BA in Painting from Anotati Scholi Kalon Technon.
