Stella Leivadi, Ph.D., serves as a Research Fellow and Associate Professor at The American College of Greece, where responsibilities include coordinating the Sports Management Program. Leivadi was a member of the Sport Entries Team for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and previously held roles at various prominent organizations, including serving as an Adjunct Professor at Hellenic Open University and working as the Sports Entries Continental and Paralympic Coordinator for the Rio 2016 Games. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Sport, Leisure and Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut, along with several other degrees in sport studies and science. Throughout a diverse career, Leivadi has contributed to numerous international sporting events, including the Athens Classic Marathon and the London 2012 Olympics, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing sport entries to supervising sport information.
