Thanos Vovolis is an experienced instructor and designer in the field of theatre arts, currently serving as an Instructor of Scenography, Costume, and Masking Design at DEREE-The American College of Greece, and also as the Department Head and Program Coordinator for the Theatre Arts Department since January 2015. In addition to academic roles, Thanos Vovolis operates a design practice specializing in mask and costume design and scenography. Thanos Vovolis holds two Master of Arts degrees from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg in Performing Public Space and Visual and Performing Arts, as well as multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theatre and Visual and Performing Arts from Dramatiska Institutet in Stockholm.
