Craig Schmied

Craig Schmied has extensive experience in the field of IT and project management. Craig currently holds the position of CIO at Derendinger, where they are responsible for ensuring a flawlessly functioning and business-oriented IT system. In their previous role as Head of Global IT Projects at SIGVARIS GROUP, they led various initiatives, including an ERP transformation project and the management of generic applications. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Account Executive, and at HP in various roles, including Provider Manager and Program Manager. Craig also has experience at EDS (Schweiz) GmbH and PayNet AG, where they worked in roles related to systems administration and application support.

From 2003 to 2006, Craig Schmied attended STS Schaffhauser Techniker-Schule, where they obtained a Dipl. Techniker HF / Professional Bachelor of Computer Science degree. Their field of study was in Information Technologies.
