Marc Fischer

Marc Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marc started their career as a Technischer Assistent at FASELEC in 1985 and worked there until 1988. After that, they joined Swissair Group as Technischer Support / Application Management and remained there for 14 years until 2002. In 2002, Marc joined EDS as a Senior Application Manager, where they were involved in technical coordination and execution of performance tests, project management for application server migration, and support of complex FTP infrastructure. Marc then worked as a Business Consultant at HP from 2008 to 2014. Marc then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Business Consultant, taking the responsibility of a Test Manager and later as a Technical Support Team Leader. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Business Consultant at DXC Technology, where they managed defect management in a Windows 10 migration project. Marc joined SAG Schweiz AG in 2019 as Leiter IT Services, later becoming IT Direktor a.i before once again being Leiter IT Services. Currently, Marc serves as the Head of IT Services at Derendinger, starting in 2023.

Marc Fischer attended Berufmittelschule Zürich from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained their Berufsmatura degree. Additionally, they also attended Allgemeine Berufsschule Zürich ABZ from 1981 to 1985, earning a degree as a Fernmelde- und Elektronik Apparate Monteur.
