Christel Nicolas

Christel Nicolas is an experienced immobilier manager with a career that began in 2002. Currently serving as a Gestionnaire d'immeubles avec Brevet Fédéral at deRham since December 2007, Christel oversees a portfolio of properties for both institutional and private clients, managing budgets, reporting, and maintaining direct contact with property owners. Previous roles include Gérante technique and Assistante at deRham, as well as technical and leasing assistant positions at Bernard Nicod SA and Domicim. Christel holds a Brevet fédéral de gérante d’immeubles from SVIT Suisse romande (2016-2018) and a Maturité Professionnelle Commerciale from Gymnase de Morges (2002-2003), complemented by a degree from USPI.
